I teach about a conscious way of eating. To become fully aware of what you are putting into your body. To nourish it from the inside out with the foods that are the most supportive for your system and less harmful. You decide how far you want to go. I base my dietary choices on profound scientific findings, life's circumstances, my intuition and combine it with my values, so I feel totally comfortable with myself about how I live this aspect of my life. I personally eat a whole foods plant based diet and this is the basic framework I teach about. The challenge is not to just make it a dietary change, but to let it become your lifestyle, your way of living and to build a foundation from which it is easy to follow through.


To commit to a path that is nourishing for yourself can be so satisfying. A beautiful side effect of a healthy lifestyle is the positive impact on the outside world. As you change your personal habits and become more in alignment with your values and a clean way of eating, you are not only bringing balance back into your life but also to the outside world. It is a wonderful path to commit to. Remember FOOD is one key element that can impact your health in both ways, there are other aspects, that need to be addressed as well. If you just want your dietary patterns to change and you want to learn the basic skills to establish healthy eating patterns and not wanting to do too much research on your own, then my one time counseling might be enough for you.
